500 Calorie Burning Treadmill Workout

Pure treadmill can burn loads of calories, especially if you use interval training. This workout will help you keep your heart rate up and continue to burn calories even after you've stopped the exercise.

Limit the workout to twice a week and do some light jogging or strength exercises on the off days. Mixing it up will keep your body guessing, so it will build muscle faster and burn more calories.

 
  • 1 Running Details
    • Run for 5 minutes at a 5.0 pace
    • Run for 3 minutes at a 6.0 pace
    • Run for 1 minute at a 7.0 pace
    • Run for 3 minutes at a 6.0 pace
    • Run for 1 minute at a 7.5 pace
    • Run for 3 minutes at a 6.0 pace
    • Run for 30 minutes alternating from 6.0 to 7.0, then 6.0 to 7.5 pace
    • Run for 5 minutes at a 5.0 pace
