7 Day Treadmill Workout

This routine burns 2,000 extra calories during the week and only requires 45 minutes a day of exercise. You'll find a nice mix of pace with a little strength training mixed in. Strength building exercises can be lifting weights, body exercises, or using an exercise ball. Anything that builds and works your muscles will work.

 
  • 1 Day One
    • Power Walk for 25 minutes and Strength Training for 20 minutes.
    2 Day Two
    • Brisk walk 5 minutes
    • Power walk 3 minutes
    • Run 2 minutes
    • Alternate power walk and run 30 minutes
    • Brisk walk 5 minutes.
    3 Day Three
    • Brisk walk 5 minutes
    • Strength building exercise 12 reps
    • Power walk with #5 incline 3 minutes
    • Alternate strength exercise and power walk 30 minutes
    • Brisk walk 5 minutes
    4 Day Four
    • Brisk walk 5 minutes
    • Power walk, 2 minutes
    • Run 3 minutes
    • Alternate power walk and run 30 minutes
    • Brisk walk 5 minutes
    5 Day Five
    • Power walk 25 minutes, strength building 20 minutes.
    6 Day Six
    • Brisk walk 5 minutes
    • Power walk 1 minute
    • Run 4 minutes
    • Alternate power walk and run 30 minutes
    • Brisk walk 5 minutes
    7 Day Seven
    • Rest
