Fat-Burning Workout

Do you have a little extra flab on your thighs? Do your triceps hang down low? Do your love handles hang over your pants? These four exercises can blast that extra fat right off. Perform these 2-3 times each week and they will tone and define your body as well as help the fat melt off so you look your best ever.

 
  • 1 Tuck Jumps
    • Standing with your feet apart, around shoulder width, have your knees slightly bent
    • Jump up as straight as you can bringing your chests high
    • When landing, keep your knees slightly bent, so you can go straight back into another jump
    • Complete 5 sets of 5
    2 Squat Jump
    • Standing with your feet apart, around shoulder width
    • Lace your fingers behind your head
    • Lower your body until your thighs are parallel to the floor, then jump up as high as you can
    • Land lightly on the floor, and go back down into the next squat without pausing
    • Complete 5 sets of 5
    3 Power Skip
    • Bring yourself up as high as you can go in the the air with each skip
    • Try bringing your knees high
    • As you are skipping bringing your knees up, swing your opposite arm up to get the most lift as possible
    • Continue doing this without pausing for 1 minute
    • Complete 5 sets
    4 ZigZag
    • Bringing your body in the air forcefully pushing one leg into the ground and lifting the opposite leg
    • Bring your knee as high as you can in the air
    • Now surge slightly forward and upward so that you bound forward and to the outside
    • Continue doing this without pausing for 1 minute
    • Complete 5 sets
